Sientra sizing information can look inconsistent if you're moving between a patient brochure, an instructions-for-use table, and an older ordering chart.
They contain different kinds of information.
The references below keep those two purposes separate.
Profile ranges in the patient labeling
The patient brochure available through Sientra's US resources lists these smooth round volume ranges:
| Profile category | Listed volume range |
|---|---|
| Low | 60 to 700cc |
| Low Plus | 80 to 440cc |
| Moderate | 80 to 700cc |
| Moderate Plus | 95 to 700cc |
| High | 95 to 700cc |
| Extra High | 190 to 510cc |

These ranges don't mean every integer volume is manufactured or that every listed style is currently available from a particular practice.
They also don't tell you the width of one specific implant. For that, use the model-level chart.
Selected historical Moderate examples
The following examples come from Sientra's manufacturer-hosted R11 quick reference guide. They are historical catalog entries used to explain the system, rather than a verified current ordering list.

Confirm the current chart and complete specifications for any device your surgeon proposes.
Read the full code
In this selected historical table, the 10512 and 10712 families distinguish the gel designation. The full codes identify the devices.
The MP suffix appears in this Moderate table. Other Sientra model families use their own coding context, so don't assume a suffix alone has the same meaning everywhere.
Copy the entire code from the practice's source document.
A note that says “Sientra 350 MP” may leave out information needed to distinguish the actual product.
A worked comparison
The selected 300cc entry lists width of 12.0cm and projection of 3.6cm.
The selected 350cc entry lists width of 12.5cm and projection of 3.9cm.
In this example, an additional 50cc is accompanied by 0.5cm more width and 0.3cm more projection. It isn't simply the same width with extra volume.
Those are device differences. They don't translate into a fixed cup-size change or a guaranteed visual difference.
Ask your surgeon what they expect to matter with your anatomy.
Matching dimensions and different gels
The historical table places HSC and HSC+ smooth codes beside the same listed dimensions.
This is a reminder that matching width and projection don't tell you everything about design behavior.
If your surgeon recommends one gel over another, ask why. Keep that question separate from the choice between volumes or profiles.
The gel and profile guide explains how to organize those comparisons.
Why labels and catalogs need dates
A regulatory document can describe approved design ranges, while an ordering guide lists particular devices offered at the time it was prepared.
A manufacturer-hosted historical file can still be useful for explaining a system. It shouldn't be presented as proof of current stock or a complete up-to-date range.
Before surgery, ask the practice for the current specifications for the proposed device and confirm that the final record matches what was implanted.
Check the sizer column separately
The source guide also lists devices used for sizing. Keep those identifiers separate from the permanent implant codes. If a consultation note contains a code you don't recognize, ask whether it names a temporary sizing tool or the proposed implant.
Use the chart with your examination
Width matters, but it isn't a do-it-yourself prescription.
The surgeon assesses tissue, skin, breast position, folds, and the chest wall. Those findings help determine which dimensions belong on the shortlist.
If two different devices are planned for asymmetry, record the left and right sides separately.
Ask how the dimensions relate to your goals in front and side views. That is more useful than deciding from the volume range alone.
A practical shortlist to take home
Save the current product family, full code, surface, gel, volume, width, projection, and source date for each candidate.
Then add one sentence explaining why your surgeon recommended it.
That record helps you compare real options without mixing an older example, a broad range table, and the device intended for your operation.
