Natrelle INSPIRA charts are easier to follow when you separate the style code from the size number.
The tables below use selected reference entries from Natrelle's manufacturer order form. They show how to read the system and compare dimensions. Your surgeon should confirm the specifications and availability of the device proposed for your surgery.
Decode the style first
For Full-profile smooth INSPIRA devices, the order form uses these codes:
| Code | Gel | Profile |
|---|---|---|
| SRF | Responsive | Full |
| SSF | SoftTouch | Full |
| SCF | Cohesive | Full |
In the selected rows below, the three styles share the listed volume, diameter, and projection. Their gel designs differ.
A complete model includes the volume, such as SCF-365. Record the full name in your notes instead of “Natrelle 365.”
Selected Full-profile dimensions

How to read a row
Take SCF-365.
The code identifies a smooth Cohesive Full-profile device. The selected row lists 365cc, a 12.00cm diameter, and 4.9cm projection.
Those are implant specifications. They don't describe a final cup size or the exact forward dimension of a healed breast.
Next compare SCF-385. Its volume is 20cc greater, diameter is 0.25cm wider, and listed projection is 0.1cm greater.
That comparison tells you what changes in the device. Your surgeon should explain what, if anything, they expect you to notice with your anatomy.
Compare profile at a similar volume
The same form lists these selected Cohesive examples:
| Model | Profile | Volume | Diameter | Projection |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SCM-345 | Moderate | 345cc | 12.50cm | 4.2cm |
| SCF-345 | Full | 345cc | 11.75cm | 4.8cm |
| SCX-340 | Extra-Full | 340cc | 11.00cm | 5.4cm |
The first two are equal in volume. The third is close in volume, so the comparison needs that small difference acknowledged.
Across these examples, the more projecting categories have narrower bases. This illustrates a design relationship. It doesn't establish that one option is appropriate for a particular body.
Compare profile at a similar width
You can also compare devices at one width, as shown in the INSPIRA model guide.
That comparison changes the question. At a similar base diameter, moving toward a higher profile can increase volume and projection together.
Always ask which dimension is being held similar. Otherwise, two explanations about profile can sound inconsistent even when they describe different comparisons.
Gel changes need their own discussion
Matching listed dimensions across SRF, SSF, and SCF doesn't mean the devices behave identically.
Ask your surgeon why a particular gel is being proposed. The answer might concern how the implant feels, moves, or holds its shape within the overall plan.
If you're comparing different gels and different profiles at the same time, write both changes down. That helps you avoid attributing the whole difference to one feature.
What the chart leaves out
The catalog doesn't measure your breast tissue, skin stretch, nipple position, fold, or chest wall.
It also doesn't determine whether you need a lift or how the device will be covered in the proposed placement.
Those questions come from the examination. The chart helps you understand the resulting shortlist.
If your surgeon recommends a width that surprises you, ask for the anatomical reasoning rather than substituting your own tape measurement.
Keep a clear shortlist
For each option, save the complete style code, volume, diameter, projection, gel, and intended side.
Then add the reason the surgeon gave for including it. A useful note might read, “We are comparing these two because they have similar widths but different projection.”
Ask whether the document being used is the current source for that model, and confirm the final device details before surgery.
A chart is most helpful when it makes the consultation easier to follow. You don't need to choose from every row. You need to understand the few that belong in your plan.
